Terms of engagement

These terms govern commissioned work by Logicmatrixgrid Analytics at Level 10, 47 Chavchavadze Avenue, Tbilisi 0179. By sending a note, paying a deposit, or attending a sitting, you accept them. If you commission work for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

The work

We draw charts, written readings, outlook sheets, archive reconstructions, and board readings as described on this site. A letter of estimate, once accepted, sets the question, the source list, the deliverables, the fee, and the diary dates. Work does not start until the source list is agreed and any stated deposit is received.

Your papers and our drawings

You keep ownership of ledgers and extracts you supply. You grant us permission to use them solely to perform the commission. We keep ownership of our drawings, layouts, and wording until the fee is settled; upon settlement you receive a licence to hang, copy internally, and quote the finished sheets for the purpose named in the estimate. You may not resell the drawings as a product, present them as another office’s work, or remove source notes.

We may keep redacted sample sheets for the atelier’s own archive unless the estimate says otherwise.

Care and limits

We work with care from the sources named. We do not warrant that a forecast range will occur, that a third party will accept a chart, or that published returns are free of error. We are not your lawyer, auditor, or broker. Our liability for a commission is limited to the fee paid for that commission, except where Georgian law forbids a limit (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of chance, or indirect loss.

Diary, delay, and cancellation

If you postpone a sitting with less notice than the refund page requires, the session fee may still be due. If we postpone, we offer a new date or a refund of sums paid for the unused sitting. Force majeure — including closed archives, blocked roads, or illness at the desk — pauses dates without penalty to either side for the duration.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under Georgian law. Notices may be sent to info@logicmatrixgrid.digital or to the office address above.

If a clause is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, the estimate letter, and the pages they cite are the whole agreement for the commission.
