Refunds, postponements, and work already begun

This page applies to the work we actually sell: commissioned briefings, seasonal outlook sheets, archive reconstruction, and board readings. It does not describe goods posted in a parcel, software licences, or event tickets, because we do not offer them.

When a full refund is due

• You cancel in writing before we have started drawing or reading papers, and before an inspection date, and we have not reserved a sitting inside five working days: the sums paid for that commission are returned.
• We cannot complete the agreed sheets for a reason on our side (illness covering the whole diary window, loss of a source we promised and cannot replace): unused fees are returned.

Partial refunds

If a source list is agreed and drawing has begun, we invoice for work done at the estimate’s daily equivalent, and return the remainder of the deposit. Finished sheets already delivered are not returnable as if they were unopened goods; their fee stays earned.

A board reading cancelled with at least five working days’ notice is refunded or moved. Inside five working days, half the session fee is retained unless we fill the hour.

Non-refundable items

• The archive inspection fee once the half-day has taken place (it is credited if reconstruction proceeds).
• Extra prints already made at your request.
• Travel booked with your written approval for a sitting outside Tbilisi, if the ticket cannot be recovered.
• A second revision beyond the one included, once drawn.

Deposits, no-shows, and rescheduling

A briefing deposit of one third holds the diary. If you do not attend a sitting and do not write, the sitting portion is earned; the remaining briefing work can still be completed by packet if you prefer. Rescheduling with five working days’ notice is once without fee; further moves may be charged 80 GEL for the diary change.

How a refund is paid

Write to info@logicmatrixgrid.digital with the estimate date and the reason. We confirm within five working days. Approved refunds go back by the same method as the original payment where possible, within fourteen working days of approval. Bank charges on a returned transfer are deducted only when the bank imposes them.

Work already started and materials

Pencil sketches, source concordances, and printed trial sheets prepared for your review belong to the process. If you cancel after receiving them, you may keep them as a record of work paid; you may not present them as a finished briefing. We do not buy back paper.

Exceptions are narrow: a sitting cut short by a building closure on our premises is rebooked or refunded in full for that hour. A change in published returns after delivery is not a defect in the sheets as drawn from the agreed list.
